Greg Salyards is an attorney practicing in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, estate planning, real estate, landlord-tenant relations, construction, and business matters. Greg advises businesses in matters relating to the sale and purchase of assets, securities transfers, business formation, corporate governance, financing, and landlord-tenant relations. Greg has also advised and assisted individuals in the formation of estate plans including the establishment of trusts and drafting of wills and other estate planning documents. developments to create solutions for immediately pressing
problems and challenges that a growing business faces.
Greg has worked with companies to identify problems, issues,
and the key personnel affected and then developed systems
and methods to aid those businesses in pursuing solutions.
Prior Non-Legal Experience
Prior to law school, Greg worked
in the construction industry where, after earning a degree
in construction management from Brigham Young University, he
has gained extensive hands-on experience in various
positions including estimator, designer, construction
manager, special inspector, and project manager. Greg has
been involved in nearly all aspects of developing the “dirt”
into successful projects including, site development,
project design, construction management, close out, sales,
and leasing. The types of projects that Greg has been
involved in range from small single family homes to custom
mansions and estates ($100M+), from multifamily projects to
high-end low-rise mixed use projects, and from light
commercial to heavy industrial projects.
